The way I work with hypnosis is a natural and holistic approach to improve your wellbeing. By helping you understand and deal with emotions and behaviors that might be causing you problems.

A Path to Relationship Improvement and Personal Growth

Meet Zhi - Your Hypnotherapist

A certified hypnotherapist and practitioner of Simpson Protocol (SP). Here is a little bit about me. Ever since I was a kid, I had a question that kept popping up in my mind: "Why am I myself? Why can I feel myself, but not others?" This curiosity drove me to explore and be open to possibilities. After I graduated from university, I worked in Shanghai, China for four years. I made a brave and right decision to come to Belgium to continue studying for my master's degree. I immediately found a job at Partners Metal, where I worked in an international background - but that was not the end of my journey. My father was a great inspiration to me - he went back to university in his 50s, sitting with students half his age. His actions taught me that it's never too late to study. I've always been passionate about hypnosis, and more than 12 years ago, I bought my first books on the subject. There was no sense of time when I read these books, and I later learned that when you focus on reading, you're in a "hypnotic trance." I decided to learn hypnosis and immediately connected with Ines Simpson, the creator of Simpson Protocol (SP). This was a great fortune for me, and I've been committed to the field of hypnosis, and filled with excitement ever since. It's like "LOVE" - you just know it is, without reason. I can now answer that little kid Zhi's question, "Yes, you can feel others now because you choose to, and your clients choose to let you feel. You are all connected, and your super conscious minds are all connected." Now, I am proud to offer my services as a certified hypnotherapist and Simpson Protocol (SP) practitioner. As an SP Trainer, authorized in 2023, I can even train others in this powerful technique.

  • Exploring Hypnosis with Me: My Approach and Methods
    Simpson Protocol (SP) The Simpson Protocol (SP) Method is a unique approach that allows me to communicate directly with your superconscious mind. This part of your mind has access to the root cause of any issue you may be experiencing, as well as the best solution for you at this moment and your desired outcome. With SP, your superconscious mind can release any negative patterns or habits in your subconscious that may be holding you back or causing problems. The SP Method goes beyond just treating symptoms and provides a holistic approach to improving your health on physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual levels. However, it's important to note that hypnosis itself is not a medical procedure. One of the advantages of the SP Method is that you don't have to share the details of your issue with me if you prefer not to. During the session, I won't necessarily know the cause of the issue, but your superconscious mind does, and that's what's most important. “The Simpson Protocol, a method of Hypnosis that allows the Hypnotists to communicate with a Client even when in deep states of Hypnosis – such as Esdaile and even Sichort.   • What to expect during a session?
    During a Simpson Protocol (SP) session, expect deep relaxation and heightened focus. The session is typically conducted in a comfortable environment where you can be seated or lying down. Background noise should not be a problem during the session. You will hear my voice throughout the session as I guide you into a hypnotic state and establish communication with your superconscious mind. I will ask your superconscious mind a series of questions and receive Yes or No answers from your fingers, your superconscious mind go to the root cause of your issue and resolve it. You may experience sensations such as warmth or coolness, heaviness or lightness, tingling, or a sense of floating during the session. Some people may also experience vivid imagery, memories, or emotions. All are fine. The length of the session can vary from 45 minutes to a few hours, depending on the complexity of the issue and the progress made during the session. The first session usually lasts 2-3 hours, while subsequent sessions will be around 1-1.5 hours. After the session, you may feel relaxed, rejuvenated, and notice positive changes in your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors in the following days and weeks. It is recommended to drink plenty of water and get plenty of rest after the session to support the healing process.
  • How many sessions are recommended?
    We recommend starting with a package of three sessions to fully experience the benefits of the Simpson Protocol method and achieve optimal results
  • How much does it cost?
    First session cost: 225 euros (including tax). Follow-up sessions are 115 euros (including tax) per hour. I offer a recommended start with a 3-session package for 450 euros (including tax).
  • What do I need to get started?
    To get started with sessions, you need to be open to exploring your mind and be open to the possibilities that may arise from the process. This means letting go of any preconceptions and trusting the process. Additionally, if the session is conducted via Zoom, you will need a device such as a computer, tablet, or smartphone, as well as a stable internet connection to ensure a smooth and uninterrupted session.
  • What is the first step?
    The first step towards starting your sessions is to schedule a consultation with me. This consultation can be conducted over a call, Zoom or in-person, and we will discuss any questions or concerns you may have about the process. The conversation will last up to 30 minutes and we will also talk about your desired outcomes from the sessions and what you can expect from the process if you feel like to share. In addition, we will discuss the specific pre-talk (video link below) required for Simpson Protocol sessions and how the sessions will be conducted. The consultation provides you with an opportunity to learn more about the process, and for me to understand your needs better so that we can create a personalized plan for your healing and growth.
