Cancellation Policy

1.Before starting your couple hypnotherapy journey, we invite you to book a 30-minute initial consultation. This session helps us understand your unique situation, relationship dynamics, and goals, so we can create the best healing plan for you. We hope you and your partner can participate in this consultation together. 在开始亲密关系疗愈之旅之前，我们邀请你和伴侣预约一次30分钟初步咨询。这次咨询将帮助我们了解你们的独特情况、关系动态和目标，从而为你们制定最佳的疗愈计划。 我们希望你和你的伴侣一同参加本次咨询。 2、The 11 - Session Package includes 5 individual sessions per person (10 total) and 1 joint session — Adjust and integrate your relationship under the guidance of the Superconscious to strengthen your soul connection. 11次伴侣疗愈套餐包含10次1对1个人疗愈（每人5次）以及1次双人联合疗愈——在超意识的引导下，帮助你们调整、整合关系，建立更强的心灵连结。 3. We assume by default that you order online services; If you decide to choose offline services at the Antwerp studio, please send an email to info@zhihypnosis.com at least 3 days in advance to inform us of your decision. 一般情况，我们默认您选择线上服务；如您希望来安特卫普工作室进行线下服务，请至少提前3天给info@zhihypnosis.com发邮件告知你的决定。 4. You will receive the Zoom video conference room link 3 days before the start of the service via E-mail. If your region does not support Zoom, please reply to our email to inform us and discuss other online meeting methods. 您将在服务开始前3天收到zoom视频会议室链接。如果您所在的地区不支持zoom会议，请回复邮件告知我们并沟通其它在线会议方式。 5. Cancellation is not accepted for the moment. If you encounter problems and need to cancel the order, please contact info@zhihypnosis.com for communication. 服务预订成功后，暂不支持取消订单。如果您因特殊情况需要取消服务，请联系info@zhihypnosis.com进行协商和沟通。 6.
