Policy for Cancellation and Online Access: If Zoom is not supported in your region, or if you have difficulty accessing the platform, please let us know in advance so we can arrange an alternative online method that works for you. You’re welcome to cancel or reschedule your consultation up to 48 hours before the session. If something unexpected comes up within 48 hours, just reach out to us. We’re here to help and will do our best to accommodate you whenever possible.
